Rough Trade's monthly new music showcase returns with some of the best up-and-coming acts in the alternative scene.
The Wytches
Forming in 2011 after meeting in Brighton College, the four piece have a longstanding part of the UK punk scene, gaining support from the likes of Pitchfork, DIY, The Line Of Best Fit, The Needledrop, CRACK, Consequence, FLOOD, The Guardian, NME, and more whilst touring extensively.
Legss
Legss released their debut album Unreal in September 2025 to critical acclaim, following three EPs, two short films and two books. Merging a dynamic sound of intricate guitars, disquieting monologues and a rhythm section both technical and unruly, London's Legss create a wholly unique sound. “There is a case to be made that Legss are one of the most underrated acts to grace the British musical landscape today” (So Young).
San Vito Ryder
Stemming from your lust for picturesque punk, San Vito's "Punk Carnage" (Far Out Magazine) marries unspoken romance and pleasure-cut cult rituals.
With his brand new single "Cold Teeth", produced by Kristian Bell from The Wytches (release scheduled on 23/01/2026) he prepares for his first UK tour.
